The pub is found in Auckland, New Zealand, 0627.
The Northcote Tavern has been part of Auckland’s North Shore since the 1800s. As you will discover in our history section, there has been a pub on the Northcote Point site since the 1850s. 160 years on ‘The Tav’ is still a place for people to have a drink and hang out with friends and enjoy themselves – as it has always been. But it is now so much more – sport, food, family and community are the key ingredients. There’s still an historic feel about the place but we are now catering for the requirements of the modern community. At the Northcote Tavern you’ll find some of the best bars, dining spaces and outdoor areas in the country. At the same time you will feel like you are in an old English country pub.
We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 2 of them.
