We just popped in for a quick pint whilst waiting for a bus to Bearsted. A good atmosphere in here this afternoon. I have not listed all the beers that were on offer.

Mid afternoon we had time for a swifty though wish I hadn't.

I was put off by an A board advertising real ales from £1.99 per pint but changed my mind when I noticed the other side advertising a Meet the Brewer evening with Mad Cat and it was tonight. I was about an hour too early for the start of the proceedings but enjoyed my pint in relative peace and quiet.

The pub is found in Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1TG.
In Middle Row, an historic pub in the town centre which has had several names in recent years and returned to the original title of The Sun after various other existences. May be entered from either the High Street or via Bank Street to the room at the rear. When reopened again in May 2016 was re-named The Stag. 3 handpumps. Operated by Rockin' Robin since August 2019 but Stonegate now looking for new tenants.
