The pub is found in Lee, Greater London, SE12 0AJ.
In Burnt Ash Hill in a residential area this was originally a multi-roomed pub but now converted to a single ground floor area. Large garden area at the front and, unusually for a London pub, there is a car park at the rear, 6 handpumps. Re-opened in August 2015 after extensive refurbishment.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
