A busy town centre Spoons which was handy for the buses that we were using to get around the area. Both bars were open. I have only noted a few of the beers that were available.

Brief visit before taking a train to London. Every table taken and little standing space around the bar – there may have been other beers available that I could not see.

Early-afternoon and busy. A succession of live football games are on the many TV screens and the West Ham game in particular is rousing the natives. Probably not a complete cask beer list.

16:00 A bit of a wait for the next train so popped in here for a half rather than stand on a windy platform. Only noted beers on front bar.

Eagle (formerly Wells & Young's, formerly Charles Wells, formerly Wells) - Courage Directors (use Banks's entry now please)
The pub is found in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1AS.
Very large 'Spoon's converted from the old Post Office. Runs the width of a block with an entrance off both streets and two separate bars. Hotel above.
We have visited this pub 5 times, seen 21 different beers and tried 7 of them.
