The pub is found in Inverness, Inverness-shire, IV1 1LX.
Traditional high street pub in Academy Street. Island bar with drinking areas front and back. Like many of this name the Phoenix rose from the ashes of a fire - was previously named the Tale of the Bank. The adjacent sale on bar is now a Turkish restaurant. So a wet pub with a restaurant annex.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
