Cropton (see also Great Yorkshire) - Darkangel | 5.00 | A very deep brown coloured, cherry porter. The overwhelming flavour is smooth chocolate. There are no burnt or toasty flavours that I can detect. A slight fizz on the tongue, and the cherry taste comes through towards the end but is not sweet. My assumption is that this US beer is brewed at Cropton.
Peerless - Triple Blond | 4.20 | A pale beer which looks to be in good condition. But the taste is cardboardy, stale and musty. It's not meant to be like that is it?
Fuller's (part of Asahi Europe) - London Pride | 4.10 | Not Tried
Sharp's - Doom Bar | 4.00 | Not Tried

Cropton (see also Great Yorkshire) - Ryedale Winter's T'Ale | 4.20 | Dark ruby winter type beer with medium hop bitterness, good malt character and berry fruit flavours. My score 16/20.
Nethergate (was Nethergate Growler for a while then name reverted) - Azzaparrot | 4.20 | Dark amber in colour with a good balance of hop and malt. Becomes drier and more spicy towards the finish. My score 15/20. |
