Black Wolf (formerly Traditional Scottish Ales (TSA)) - Wild Mild | 3.80 | | Dark ruby mild with a full bodied sweet toffee and caramel flavour. Low hop rate and a sweetish finish. My score 16/20. |
Greenfield - Terry's Mild | 3.80 | | A chocolate and orange mild with chocolate more in evidence than orange. Fairly bitter malt flavour with a little fruit in the finish. My score 15/20. |
Alechemy - Cairnpapple IPA | 4.10 | | Pale bitter with a good balance of hop and malt flavours. Fairly dry finish. My score 15/20. |
Eden River (formerly Eden) - Eden Best | 4.00 | | Pale bitter with a strong malty flavour. Not a great deal of hop character. Sweetish biscuity finish. My score 15/20. |
Andrews Ales - Supus Lupus | 3.60 | | Pale bitter with a dryish, bitter flavour. Some malt and hop taste and a rather dry finish. My score 14/20. |
Front Row - Touch | 4.00 | | Amber bitter traditional in style, fairly dry and bitter. My score 14/20. |

Busier than usual for a Saturday mid afternoon.
Sheffield - Autumn Fruits | 4.50 | | Dark mild supposedly with added fruits, but not much evidence of same. Good malty mild with a bitter edge. My score 15/20. |
Silver Brewhouse (formerly Raw) - Rubelaris | 4.20 | | A quite bitter and hoppy pale gold beer. The finish is dry and hoppy. My score 14/20. |

Annual beer festival in progress and an extensive photographic display on the walls, part of a local competition.
Coniston - Thürstein Pilsner | 4.80 | | Lager style beer with a crisp, aromatic hop character and some malt in the finish. My score 15/20. |
Five Towns - Guero | 2.90 | | Very pale and quite bitter beer with a dryish hoppy character. My score 14/20. |
Barney's - Decidedly Dark Ale | 4.00 | | Dark brown bitter with a roast malt character and a dry, hoppy finish. My score 14/20. |
Cap House - Love at First Brew | 4.00 | | Pale bittersweet beer with a sweetish hop flavour and some bitter maltiness. Dry finish. My score 14/20. |

Blue Bee - Nectar Pale | 4.00 | | Pale and hoppy but with good malt balance. Citrus hop flavours present to give a refreshing and well balanced beer. My score 16/20. |
Green Mill - Smokey Joe | 4.40 | | A lightly smoked porter, dark brown in colour. Sweetish malty flavours tempered by some hop bitterness. The finish is quite dry with a hint of smoked malt. My score 16/20. |

Sheffield - Mild Steel | 3.70 | | Brown mild with good chocolate and toasty malt character. A little fruity hoppiness in the finish. My score 16/20. |
Coastal - Chough's Mild | 5.00 | | Black and full bodied with lots of chocolate malt and a little berry fruit in the finish. My score 17/20. |
Epicurus Craft Beer (formerly Hornbeam) - Mild | 4.00 | | Mid brown/red mild brewed with German malt. Fairly bitter with a tangy taste in the finish. My score 15/20. |
