Very busy mid evening on a Thursday but swift service meant no-one was waiting long for a drink.

| Great Orme - Welsh Black | 4.00 | | Malty dark brown mild with a rather yeasty flavour. Rather a sharp tangy aftertaste. My score 14/20. |
| Moor - Illusion (Black IPA) | 4.50 | | A black IPA style beer with a full bodied citrus hop and black malt flavour. Very dry finish. My score 14/20. |
| Moor - Nor'Hop | 4.10 | | A hazy unfined hop monster with very high citrus hop rates, but very little other balance of flavours. A little one dimensional for my taste. My score 13/20. |

Very busy on a Tuesday evening. Found a seat upstairs, one of the last.

A recent addition to the Northern Quarter. Downstairs room holds the bar and seating and standing areas. Upstairs has more seating. There are six handpumps serving mainly local brews and an extensive foreign beer selection.
