22:00 after the theatre. Had fun spotting the cast from the play as they came in for a drink. Landlord is now stocking two guest beers and only three Greene King beers.

Visited mid afternoon mid-week so rather quiet. Near to the Theatre Royal so gets busy early evening with pre-theatre diners. Part of the Greene King Head Brewers Club that accredits beer quality and cellarmanship.

| Titanic - 1912 | 4.80 | | Superb pint, hoppy tasty and refreshing. Complete contrast to the IPA. |
| Greene King - IPA (was 3.6%) | 3.40 | | Supposedly IPA as it should be served as part of the Head Brewers Club but- A great reduction in the hop oil flavour, still too malty and sweet for my tastes, and as usual a nasty aftertaste left in the mouth at the end of the pint. |
