22:00 after the theatre. Had fun spotting the cast from the play as they came in for a drink. Landlord is now stocking two guest beers and only three Greene King beers.

Visited mid afternoon mid-week so rather quiet. Near to the Theatre Royal so gets busy early evening with pre-theatre diners. Part of the Greene King Head Brewers Club that accredits beer quality and cellarmanship.

Superb pint, hoppy tasty and refreshing.
Complete contrast to the IPA.

Supposedly IPA as it should be served as part of the Head Brewers Club but-
A great reduction in the hop oil flavour, still too malty and sweet for my tastes, and as usual a nasty aftertaste left in the mouth at the end of the pint.
