Unplanned last pub of Dover pubcrawl when I find I have a 45 minute wait for my rail replacement bus (such things always moving to mysterious timetables). Potentially splendid pub, near empty today.

Sharp's - Doom Bar4.00PoorI ordered prudently just a half. It was not very nice.

Two very drunk, self appointed bouncers on the door asked me for ID (18:30 on a Wednesday night) - mostly harmless! Some times you take a chance on a pub - sometimes you wish you hadn't. Only one beer 3.7% on hand-pump - just about drinkable - in my rush to get my train (and outa here!) I failed to notice what it was
