This really is a gem of a pub, a treasure both inside and out. With no meal service, it was quiet at Sunday lunchtime.

Huge crowd in here. Hard to get served and saw the New year in outside with spectacular fireworks show. Beer festival out the back but to get a beer had to push hundreds out of the way.

Xmas day lunchtime - nicely busy - very friendly landlord - small beer festival on the go at which we indulged - even though we only came in for a swift one.

Harbour-side pub on Harbour Parade. Outside terrace area, dance floor, games room and function room. Multiple TV screens for sport. Walls of main bar are half coloured tiled. 2 handpumps on the semi-circular bar counter in the front bar.
