The classic ham 'n'eggs pub.Cosy snug, slightly larger bar and dining room.Dog freindly,though ours were banished to the car.Busy Saturday lunchtime.

Bradfield - Farmers Blonde4.00ExceptionalWe're farmers, and MrsW is brunette, but otherwise this was perfect:citrus, but with a heap of malt flavour. Deathly pale, as is the modern way,but I liked it.

Superb local pub, situated on the bank of the River Cover. This was a favourite haunt of Richard Whiteley, who used to enjoy the Ham, Eggs and Chips, which was excellent.
