Empire - Moonrakers Mild (a.k.a. Moonraker) | 3.80 | | Black mild with a caramel aroma and malty caramel and toffee flavour. Very low hop rate. My score 16/20. |
Prospect - Dynamild | 5.20 | | Black strong mild with a strong toasted malt flavour giving quite a bitter character. My score 15/20. |
Mayflower - Douglas Valley | 4.00 | | Pale bitter with a dryish appley flavour and some hoppiness. Dry, astringent finish. My score 13/20. |
