Typical keen service.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fyne - Fladda Rock ā€˜nā€™ Roll5.50AcceptableMisjudged. Belgian yeast adds nothing except overcomplicating an otherwise OK IPA. Maybe 2*.
31 Oct 2013 (McGargle)
Typical evening crowd.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fyne - Jarl3.80ExcellentSince head brewr Will Woods left Fyne beers (including Jarl) have been of variable quality. Tonight it was spot on. Uncompromisingly bitter with loads of fresh Citra.

Staff enthusing about Fyne Sperior IPA. Of course it had just gone off but great to hear people behind the bar keen on their product.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Fyne - Avalanche4.50GoodUncompromisingly bitter and served in top condition. Just prefer the extra fruitiness of Jarl.
Burnside - M-Pire5.20UndrinkableThis was awful. Think oxidised cooking sherry and you'd be close.

Very busy. Quick service. Burnside Sandbagger (a one off charity brew) also on. Strong whiskey taste - abv not noted.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Orkney (Sinclair) - Wayfarer IPA (Atlas range)4.40GoodThis was badged as 5% abv and showed the extra body. Light bittering with good fruity hops. Short finish.
