Late afternoon and uncomfortably crowded, with many groups gathered on the pavement outside. Unfriendly welcome grunt from the locals when asked if we could share the couple of spaces free on their table. More folk entered hampering beer delivery who then decided to squeeze out our personal space hence we upped and left.
Four Candles - Citra | 4.10 | | Very good as expected, alas didn't note or have a chance to try the other beers on today. |

Angies birthday so its a pub crawl around Broadstairs.
Mike the landlord was behind the bar of the Albion opposite having taken over as temp Management. One beer on there, Four Candles ale at £3.60 a pint. 40p more than his own pub. This pub doesnt seem to be on this site
Four Candles - American Double Hop | 4.50 | | Nice pint |

Early doors at 4.30 for 5pm opening. Warm and welcoming, we stayed for longer than originally planned and cut out our visit to the next pub. A proper micropub.

Mid evening one table occupied with friendly locals, we sat at the other table soon to be joined by a throng of German students, all drinking the real ales. Friendly welcome and attentive service from our barmaid.

Four Candles - Green Hop Rye | 4.40 | | Stronger wheatier version of the SCP, again served in fine form |
