Early Friday evening. Not overly busy, I was here for a goodbye drink for an ex Mogul regular couple who are moving to Qatar. Up to 4 beers on and always seemed to be served well. 3 rooms for drinking and a patio garden
BeerABVScoreNotes
Timothy Taylor - Landlord4.30GoodBack to something like its best. Very hoppy with elderflower and some grainy malt. A little red berry fruit and hoppy citric finish
Mordue - Summer Tyne3.80GoodNot sure if this is a wheat beer or what but even still very refreshing, light but with citrus fruit, lemon very pleasant
Hop Back - Odyssey4.00AcceptableDark brown, ok, lots of malt but it really does not go anywhere
Banks's - Ringwood Fortyniner4.90Not Tried
