Whitstable - Native Bitter | 3.70 | Fresh on
Beavertown - Gamma Ray (keg) | 5.40 | Not silly London prices so gave it a try. Reinforced my view of new wave keg beers. Ugly bulbous branded glass, over-chilled, over-gassed and honestly painful to drink

The pub is found in Faversham, Kent, ME13 8PE.
A two roomed pub, in the style of a micropub, created from a glazing shop conversion in Preston Street which opened on 1st December 2016. Real ales, ciders and keg beers are sold from the bar counter in the bare boarded front room through a line of wall taps. More comfortably appointed rear room up three steps. Inevitably majors on selling products from the owning Whitstable Brewery. Closed autumn 2020 for refurbishment and re-naming. Reopened August 2021 with a re-launch and initial expectations are of it being expensive and possibly keg beer oriented and initially reported as selling no cask beer now. 2 handpumps were eventually brought into use in late 2022 to rectify this to complement the 17 keg wall taps.
We have visited this pub 23 times, seen 61 different beers and tried 21 of them.
