Not so many customers today at lunchtime when we visited for our meal. The "reserve squad" were in attendance at the bar and in the kitchen as the landlords were away, but the service and food quality were well up to the usual standard.

Busy for our lunchtime visit and an excellent meal was had by us all. Landlord was as exuberant as ever.
