Fruity language on several visits here but very good beer. CAMRA leaflets need updating. Good selection of last years info. Saw an elderly woman banned on one visit. Beware of the loud customers on Sunday evenings after the live music ends at 8pm.

Will be my local this time next week. Looked in 3 other pubs nearby but not to my liking with lots of hand pumps turned around. Here 4 ales on including Gadds but only one punter

Very pleased to try such a pleasant beer. The Gadds was good as well.

Never been here before and it was on the way back to the train station. There were 2 hand pumps and the one that was off had a Seasider clip turned around. Friendly pub with an open, sports bar feel to it.

Had an hour to kill, hadn't been in here for a couple of years so decided to give it a shot. It's recently had a refit and is really nice inside. Friendly locals pub.

This was very nice. Creamy and malty, very easy drinking.
Formerly the Addington Arms, a busy pub on a small side road (Ashburnham Road) in the outskirts of Ramsgate centre. It was a beer shop as early as 1849, although the flint building is much older. The pub had the distinction of being the last beer house in Thanet, not being fully licensed until the 1960s.
We have visited this pub 45 times, seen 12 different beers and tried 8 of them.
