BeerABVScoreNotes
Fyne - Jarl3.80ExcellentJarl seems to be doing the rounds locally at the moment. Near perfect condition
Orkney (Sinclair) - Man O' Hoy4.20ExcellentTop form and very bitter
Moor - Old Freddy Walker7.30GoodFully bodied and tarry. Loses half a mark for dispense through the duff 6th handpump, meaning I needed to multiple decant between two pint glasses to add faux condition
Five Points - XPA4.00Not Tried
Cloudwater - Epistrophe4.00Not Tried
Elusive - Nightgate4.40Not Tried
06 Sep 2024 (Philip Pirrip)
Late evening visit. Confronted with just one cask ale with just one handpump working.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Marble - Earl Grey IPA6.80ExcellentSuperb bordering on 4.5. Superb frothy head and lacing to the very end. The only cask ale on tonight as all other handpumps were inoperative due to a problem
30 Aug 2024 (Philip Pirrip)
Late evening visit until midnight close.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Little Monster - Yul4.60ExcellentAt first I expected a murky raw citrus hit but this was, yes murky, but subtle hopping with raw hop oil bitterness on the lips
JW Lees (see also Lees) - Moonraker6.50GoodVery good but would no doubt have been bettered by not pouring through the 6th duff handpump

Fauna - Bushy Tail3.80ExcellentMid brown basic bitter with good head and lacing
Siren Craft - Viva Patrón8.00GoodA chewy heavy 8% coffee stout. Ordered a half but got a pint so took it anyway and helped later comatose-ness

Brighton Bier - T.I.N.A. Bitter3.80ExcellentTook me a while to identify the subtle orange citrus in quite dry bitterness
