22 Mar 2009 (Dubbel)
Rammed with diners for Mothers Day, with the number of drinkers also swollen due to the fine weather. Staff seemed to be coping admirably well. Service was prompt and very friendly. Managed to snatch a table in the pretty garden with the sun just peeking out above the rooftops. Due to time constraints on the parking (Greenwich Council don't like you to stay anywhere for longer than 2 hours) we didn't eat but the food looked temptingly good.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Batemans - XB3.70ExcellentReally good pint of XB, reddish hues, sweet caramalts and a rounded hop reprise. Textbook condition.
