Vile weather today and I abandon all plans, eventually holing up in here for much of the afternoon. There seem to be plenty of others doing the same.
Pheasantry - Black Dragonfly4.50ExcellentA great, full-flavoured Black IPA, at a more sessionable strength than some.
Dukeries - Mining Stout4.50GoodA black Stout with plenty of roasted barley.
Stancill - Barnsley Bitter3.80AcceptableAmber-coloured and a bit cloudy. A ‘malt forward’ bitter.
Adnams - Broadside4.70Not Tried
Greene King - Abbot5.00Not Tried
Acorn - Old Moor Porter4.40Not Tried

Ossett - Big Red4.00Not Tried

Busy with Sunday diners.
Cotleigh - Long Eared Owl4.90AcceptableQuite bitter with a dry, citrus hop taste that is rather one dimensional. My score 14/20.
