I met up with a group of friends here at lunchtime. Woking town centre does not seem to offer much pub choice and it soon became very busy in here. I did not note many of the beers.

Mid-ramble, lunchtime halt. I’m not a great lover of JDW pubs really, but I have never found anywhere else in central Woking that takes my fancy.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Twickenham (also uses sub-brand Old Hands) - Crane Sundancer3.70GoodGolden, crisp and refreshing. Just the job.
Wibblers - Apprentice3.90GoodA golden, malty brew with a fragrant hop aroma.

14 Nov 2009 (Martin the Mildman)
Busy on a Saturday morning with pre beer festival go-ers and passing football fans.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Pioneer4.20GoodPale and quite hoppy with fairly high bitterness. Not much in the way of malty sweetness. My score 15/20.
Greene King - Boss Hogg Bitter4.10AcceptableNot as bad as I feared, fairly inoffensive with a bittersweet taste and a hint of dry, appley fruitiness in the finish. My score 13/20.
