Plenty of ale fans enjoying early evening refreshment. Comfortable and dog and child friendly.

The Anderson Hotel is in the middle of Fortrose and ale is served in the public bar which can seem a little gloomy in summer with no natural light. There are three hand pumps with two taken up by interesting, mostly Scottish, beers. Great selection of foreign bottles.
