Evening. Time to do a Loop-de-Loop to try some pubs regularly passed by on the Loop bus route but not visited before. Amazed at how busy this pub was - poker night I think with cards and chips. Pub was well decorated for forthcoming Halloween too.

Had wondered around to the Brown Jug but it wasn't open so I came here instead. The inside of the pub was a one room affair with a slightly raised area to one side. Plenty of families in eating.

The pub is found in Ramsgate, Kent, CT11 7EX.
In Hereson Road, found not far from Dumpton Park railway station. Black and white detached building built by Tomson & Wotton Brewery in the 1930s. Lattice windows all round. Large single bar with a dining area to the right and a raised seating area to the front left corner. Large function room for free hire. Conveniently located on the Loop bus service route. 3 handpumps on the bar counter.
We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 3 different beers and tried 2 of them.
