Yes, a good atmosphere, as always!
Oldershaw - Old Boy4.80ExcellentCracking pint, simply the best. Shame I couldn't stay for more . . . sigh!

Suits the discerning customer who appreciates good, home-brewed and guest ales, home-cooking and various evening events - to suit all tastes. Slightly shady decor, balanced by enthusiastic and long-serving staff. A real gem, in a sea of mediocrity.
Wentworth - Vanilla Stout4.30ExceptionalAs a fan of darker ales, I was blown away by this beer. Willy's always serve their beers in the best possible condition and this was no exception. "Fit for a glass case", in every way. Malty, fruity, a hint of chocolate. Wonderful! If only this was on tap regularly. Here's hoping.
