A shop conversion by local entrepreneurs who had previously converted and opened the the Treacle Tap in Macclesfield. Located in Lawton Street this is a Real ale bar in an historic building. 5 handpulls with constantly rotating ales, 10 keg fonts including craft beer, over 50 different world bottled beers. Food is simple and high quality from snacks to sandwiches and platters to pies. This is a place to meet, eat, drink, read, study, work, draw, play, learn another language, join a club, look at art, listen to music, and enjoy. Closed suddenly at the end of July 2022.
