Late-afternoon to meet some friends fresh off the train. Very busy and I did not approach the bar to note the beers available.

12 May 2012 (Martin the Mildman)
Unexpected visit here thanks to my train back to London being cancelled. Lucky as there was a new mild on.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Dorset Brewing Company - Traditional Mild3.60GoodLight brown/ruby mild with lots of biscuity malt flavour and low hop rate. Rather thin in body. My score 15/20.
14 May 2011 (Martin the Mildman)
Busy late on a Saturday afternoon.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Dorset Brewing Company - Will It Last5.00GoodStrong dark amber ale with caramel and vanilla flavours to give quite a sweet tasting beer. Little hoppiness to speak of. My score 15/20.
Newmans - Honey Sucker Blonde5.00AcceptablePale beer with a sharp piney hop character. The sweetness of the honey is not quite enough to offset the sharp bitterenss of the hop. My score 14/20.
