Late afternoon visit after walking the dog in Woolerton park. The public bar area is fairly busy but the back room is quiet and reminds me a bit of the Deering Arms in Pluckly (only more rustic).

The pub is found in Wollaton, Nottinghamshire, NG8 2AF.

A large very attractive pub set at the heart of Wollaton "Village". The saloon bar is a long L-shape with plenty of comfy seating. The public bar is divided into the front bar area and the back room which has a olde worlde feel with a flag stone floor and wooden benches.

We have visited this pub once, seen 5 different beers and tried 1 of them.
