Great Camra organised beer festival. Set in massive marquee and attracting men and women of all ages. Great quick service too.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Castle Rock - Black Gold3.50ExceptionalNoted as 3.8% on cask. A near black bitter. Full of fruity sweetness. Off colour head dusting of head. Best I tried that day.
Thornbridge / Thornbridge Hall - Sequoia4.50ExceptionalDark amber in colour. Lovely gentle malts go down a treat. Very very drinkable. Floral nose with frothy bubbly head. Cracking drink.
Keltek - 4K Mild3.80ExcellentRuby red beer which was deliciously smooth and sweet. No head but bursting with fruits and floral tones. Typically cornish beer. Lovely stuff.
Magic Rock - High Wire5.50ExcellentCloudy amber colour. Massive hints of apricot in nose. Fruity beer with hoppy kick. No head. Decent.
Dark Star - Wylder Blonde4.20AcceptableWas a let down to the previous 4 beers I tried. Pretty non descript blonde beer with floral hoppy notes.
