Friday lunchtime. There was a big table of people having an extended lunch break on a Friday and they were enjoying themselves. The whole atmosphere of the place was very relaxed and pleasant. The bar area seemed to be more for locals with 2 more rooms with tables for people to eat or to chat. I would certainly come back here. Had the Zeppelin beer brewed especially for the bar and Petrus Aged Pale in bottle as well as Chimay on draught

Chimay - White8.00ExceptionalVery unusual to find this on draught. Hazy gold with lasting creamy head. Slightly spicy hoppy yeasty aroma. Creamy in mouth. Hop profile is perfect for my tastes. Even slightly buttery in mouth. One of my real favourites
