Wired - open mic night, came along to support a friend who was playing a few numbers. Really busy and it became rammed when a group of about 20 students all bundled in. This is a great pub with a vibrant atmosphere, but £3.60 for a pint? Scorchio!
Greene King - Abbot Ale5.00GoodBest pint of this I've had in a long while. Stewed fruit and toffee, really quite moreish.
Greene King - Hardys & Hansons Olde Trip 4.30GoodI actually enjoyed this and was disappointed when it went off a bit later.

I haven't been here in around 8 years, only came in as a friend wanted to see the band playing. It was very busy in here and had a really fun, vibrant atmosphere. However, £3.50 for a pint of abbot ale is something I simply cannot tolerate. Next time it'll be a tapwater!
Greene King - Abbot Ale5.00AcceptableEver so slightly murky but otherwise a well kept pint of a mediocre beer.
