A warm Sunday afternoon finds the pub almost empty inside with everybody sitting outside.

Gastropub situated in the Water Lane "Village Area" and decorated in typical style. Large outside drinking area. Four handpumps serve mainly local ales one of which is usually dark.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 2 different beers and tried both.
