Evening visit to sample the fish & chips, which we both thought was excellent. Only taken three years to arrange this, but well worth it. Plenty of locals frequent this well supported village pub.

17:30 visit. My chauffeur recommended a visit to one of his locals, so we stopped off en-route back to Lenham. Really friendly pub, nice landlord and good conversation with some of the regulars. Good beer too, so good, we stayed for over 3 hours...

The pub is found in Grafty Green, Kent, ME17 2AN.

A 16th century Coaching Inn, once frequented by famous smuggler "Dover Bill". A delightful little village, South of Lenham, on the Headcorn Road. This fair size pub has a proper vilage local feel. No food but fresh fish is brought in every Friday and is very popular with the locals and others, who travel from many miles for this weekly highlight.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 3 of them.
