Theakston - Grouse Beater | 4.20 | This was one of the most bizarre beers I've had. It looked in really good condition and smelt of sherbet BUT the taste was of sharp lemon and sherbet to the point that I couldn't decide if there was a lot of vinegar in it. As a beer, I couldn't work it out and to be honest I didn't fancy trying. Given that I can't work out if it was off I'll give it a score of Acceptable but it was touch and go whether I gave it a "poor". | |
