18:00 visit. My companion put me onto this one, recently opened in this pleasant suberb. A decent conversion of grand old roadside pub, very nicely done. A good selection of ales on too, in fact, checking notes later, 4 winners for me here here, but we pressed on and let them go?

The pub is found in East Didsbury, Greater Manchester, M20 5PG.

Wetherspoon's conversion of an ex Hydes pub, that was a former GBG entry between 1975-1987. Very large and standing in the middle of two major roads, one being the famous A34 North-South highway, this open plan type with several different areas, is very smartly done. Lots of pictures of by-gone days of the local area.

We have visited this pub once, seen 6 different beers and tried 1 of them.
