12:00 visit. Day three of my Mersey Meander finds me taking a Wirral line train to the end of the line, to visit this typical Wetherspoons. Close to the station and even closer to the Wirral Way, a former rail line that ran South from here to Hooton. This old line, a Beeching victim, is now a dedicated cycle path/walkway, which I've noted for future exploration. Fair crowd already in here today, but not a lot of guest ales on.
