It seemed that half the population of Goole were gathered here at late Sunday lunchtime. And with just one staff member on pint-pulling duties, getting served was a trial.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Rudgate - Teiwaz4.20AcceptableA very pale gold colour. Plenty of light citrusy hop tastes, overlaid by quite a heavy malt flavour – I did not feel the two really worked well together.
Daleside - Old Winter's Tale4.30AcceptableA rich, brown, malty beer, with a little spiciness, possibly from the yeast.
Marston's - Wychwood Hobgoblin IPA (was Ruby Beer, was Hobgoblin)4.50Not Tried
Greene King - Ruddles Best (was 3.7%)3.40Not Tried
