Very busy on a Saturday afternoon with considerable interest in the football on the television screens. Service at the bar was quick, and tables were being cleared regularly. Scouse was on the menu, so I had a bowl of that for my supper.

My first visit here, but it was on the Liverpool pub map so I thought I would give it a try. It is well worth a repeat visit, and very handy for Lime Street Station.
