Pub on the Park (Camden Bars)
Visits Details
24 May 2020 (Stephen Harris)
We moved on to here, partly because the pub had tweeted that their toilets were open for customer use - unfortunately, it turned out that they were not. Two long queues and the whole of London Fields alongside for socially-distanced drinking. We left after one as it did become very crowded.
Five Points - Jupa | 5.50 | | Fresh and juicy. Quite a low temperature, so may have been from key-keg. It can be hard to tell when you can't see the bar where it is being served. |
Five Points - Five Points Pale | 4.40 | Not Tried
21 Aug 2017 (Magnus Greel)
Afternoon and fairly quiet, the only cask beer on offer produced a pint of foam and hence run out as did we.
Howling Hops (Former brewery at Cock Tavern) - Pale Ale Custom De Luxe | 3.80 | Not Tried

All tables taken inside in the mid-evening with televised football showing.
Big Penny (formerly Truman's) as of late 2022 contract brewed - Treason | 4.50 | | A ‘dry-hopped red’ – just the sort of thing I like. The sweet tang of malt and the bitter rasp of hops. |

Southwark - Routemaster Red (superseded by 4.2% version) | 3.80 | Not Tried

We fled here from the London’s Brewing Festival for a recuperative pint out on the decking overlooking the park. It was a bit chilly though in the mid-evening, so we soon moved on.
