Lunch visit before making our way to the airport. Had another long chat with the brewer which involved an inspection of the conditioning tanks.

Mid-afternoon visit whilst my grandson had his afternoon nap back at the hotel with his parents. Chance remark to brewer resulted in a brewery trip and my wife left looking after my beer, as usual. Lots of information gleaned about American brew-pub brewing process.
