12:00 Empty when we walked in but soon got busy with families having lunch. Landlord came over and asked if we had enjoyed his beer as we got ready to go. Obviously proud of his beer keeping skills

14:55 Very busy in the garden with just a few inside. Had a kebab from the barbecue. Excellent.

Seafront pub in Marine Parade, with outside drinking area facing the promenade. Basic bare boards pub interior. L shaped bar front are of ceiling is covered with draped fabric. Still has Lacons ceramic plaques representing the name on the exterior. Well reviewed barbecue operates in the front garden during the summer. After a period of closure it reopened in July 2023.
