Mid afternoon. It’s still open and, I assume, largely unaltered for decades. The lovely landlady apologised that the prices had gone up recently and then charged me £3.20 for my pint because it was happy hour! Chatted to a couple of regulars- one of whom studied at Nonington College - best days of his life apparently but got him hooked on beer!
