I used to love coming to the beer festivals here, but for some reason have slipped out of the habit. Part of the joy of this pub is its remoteness, and I enjoyed walking a new route through Knebworth Park from Stevenage railway station. Around 20 festival beers available.

Rural pub. Landlord very keen on his beer. 300 beers a year and beer festivals. One large room, plus a small room containing a bar billiards table.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 14 different beers and tried 11 of them.
