Late evening visit. Just a few in at the dogends of a bank holiday Monday. Friendly lively enough place.

Mid-afternoon visit on a Sunday. A crooner-type singer is on stage. The audience is mature and has consumed several drinks already. The beer is dreadful and I do not linger.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Potton - Shannon IPA3.60PoorFlat, cold and watery. Impossible to discern any real taste. Not befitting a GBG-listed pub.

The pub is found in Bexley, Greater London, DA5 1AH.

In High Street, a pub that was present here by the late-Victorian era. Adjacent to Bexley railway station. Formerly a Courage Brewery house, it still retains plenty of Courage signage. One long bar with 2 handpumps.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried 2 of them.
