An early evening visit. There has been a sheep-shearing contest at the pub this-afternoon and everybody is well in to the post-shearing drink-up by the time we pop in for a pint on passing. Two or three deep all around the bar. There is some bafflement that we do not speak Welsh, which is very much the language of use in this area.
