The pub is found in Hoxne, Suffolk, IP21 5AS.
The building dates from 1480 when it was built as a lodge for the Bishop of Norwich. Magnificent interior of beams and plaster work. Huge inglenook fireplace. One bar has the dimensions of a hall, the other has a lower ceiling. Separate dining room.
