16:00 After squandering our money on the Penny Falls I wanted a beer and my wife wanted a tea. Looked in the Lifeboats, the Windham and the Lobster. This proved to be the best option to satisfy both requirements. Fairly quiet apart from the tennis player grunting on the television.

11:15 Two others in. This pub is in the current GBG but I have no idea why. The beers on offer were all "I'll drink it if that's all there is". I know that beer preferences are personal but there must be more worthy contenders for inclusion in the premier beer guide.
