I liked this pub. If I'd ever been to India in the 1930's this is how I would imagine a railway station to feel - light, cool and quiet
BeerABVScoreNotes
Blindmans - Raven Gold4.00AcceptablePale gold coloured. Weak flavours of straw and marigold and a dominant watery sharp, slightly bilious, hop bite.

Human League on the Jukebox and the barman was having a mobile phone ringtone shoot out with a customer. The pub is probably a 4/5 when busy, but I agree with all the other customers (and the barman) who have already left, not today 2/5.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Everards (see entries against Joule's & Robinsons whilst its new brewery was being built) - Tiger4.20AcceptableGolden colour, sulphur and a hint of hosepipe
Banks's - Young's London Original (was Bitter) - previously brewed in Bedford and at Wychwood3.70Not Tried
