Yeah well we staggered in here, propped ourselves up against a table and felt like fish in a bowl (at least I did).

Evening. The Guvnors Jon and Theresa of previous South London Antic pubs fame were seated at the bar and most informative. Only handled pint pots available. Brighton Bier and Late Knights beers are on the bar counter handpumps, other brewers' beers on gravity against one wall. Simple pricing policy - all real ales and ciders are £3.40 pp.

In Dean Street, formerly the Prince Arthur which re-opened on 10th April 2014 initially as a joint venture between a local brewer Brighton Bier and the South London outfit Late Knights. Terraced house on a steep hill, Dean Street, just off the Western Road shopping area and was then renamed Brighton Beer Dispensary. Closed September 2022 with future uncertain. Re-opened December 2023 with another name and equipped with 22 keg beer taps.
